I'm Kate Hanson— a burnout coach, consultant, and a somatic stress practitioner (in training), supporting people who want to reconnect with what lights them up!
I am an award-winning researcher focusing on sustainable systems and am dedicated to guiding people in transformative self-discovery. I offer practical steps to a revitalized sense of purpose and lasting change.
My Story
As someone who has navigated the corporate grind for over a decade, I intimately understand the toll of burnout. Not only did I experience the relentless "work hard, play hard" mentality, but I also faced the added challenge of managing a chronic health condition... enter = burnout. Through this journey, I came to realize that the only tangible solution to my fatigue and burnout was to get really intentional with the life I wanted to build. For me that meant slowing down, learning to close the stress cycle, and finding ways to replenish my inner energy.
This is what fuels me: helping individuals reconnect with their intuition, values, and life purpose so they can also find what lights them up!
